Job summary

Pin Placements is seeking qualified turf professionals for Assistant Golf Course Superintendent opportunities in Naples and Southwest Florida. As an Assistant Superintendent you will work with the Golf Course Superintendent to execute daily maintenance, course conditioning, irrigation management, and biannual renovation projects at high-quality private clubs and resorts in the region.

Opportunities may suit established Assistant Superintendents as well as AITs, Spray Technicians, Irrigation

Qualifications

Experience in golf course maintenance and turfgrass management.
Familiarity with warm-season grasses and Florida growing conditions is a plus.
Leadership and communication skills for field supervision.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily golf course maintenance and course setup.
Monitor turf health, moisture, pests, and disease; adjust plans accordingly.
Assist with fertilizer, plant-protectant applications, and irrigation schedules.
Support aerification, topdressing, verticutting, and other cultural practices.
Provide direction to maintenance team and mentor staff.
