Qualifications

• Experience in golf course maintenance and turfgrass management.
• Knowledge of irrigation, fertilization, disease and pests.
• Experience operating maintenance equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance and conditioning of the golf course and practice facilities.
• Coordinate mowing, course setup, irrigation, fertilization, and other agronomic activities.
• Monitor course conditions and address issues promptly.
• Support leadership in implementing agronomic plans and safety procedures.
• Lead field-based guidance when the superintendent is unavailable.
