Job summary

Country Club of Naples is seeking a 2nd Assistant Superintendent to join our golf maintenance team in Naples, FL. You will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure premier turf quality and course readiness, while coordinating with the team on a day-to-day basis.

The role requires a proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to take on special projects within a fast-paced golf course environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in turf management or a related field.
• Pesticide applicator license (must obtain within 3 months if not already obtained).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• oversee programs under the guidance of the Superintendent
• Assist with crew management and scheduling
• Manage weekend operations and ensure course readiness
• Lead and execute special projects related to turf management
