Job summary

Strategic People Advisors in Denver is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join a premier wealth management team. You will work directly with a Senior Partner, analyzing client data and supporting strategy design in active client cases.

This role emphasizes integrated learning, licensing sponsorship, and a clear three-year track to Lead Advisor status within a hybrid work model. The opportunity includes performance bonuses and joint-work payout splits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63) highly preferred.
• Active Life & Health Insurance license or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• High coachability and strong active-listening and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and preparing macroeconomic models.
• Assist in client meetings with administrative follow-ups, case implementation, and annual reviews.
• Manage existing client relationships and address daily inquiries with professionalism.
• Collaborate on local business development, workshops, and educational marketing events.
