Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Finance and Accounting Leadership Program Associate for Carmel, IN ( onsite ). This three-year rotational program develops future leaders in finance and accounting by pairing you with Allegion leaders and executives to gain experience and strategic thinking skills.

You will rotate through business and operational finance and accounting functions, lead or participate in projects like audits, FP&A, tax, and treasury, and build cross-functional relationships while learning the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related major.
• Graduation by May 2027 cohort year or within past 2 years.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative.
• Relevant internship experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations in Allegion's finance and accounting functions.
• Lead and participate on projects impacting the business (e.g., plant cost accounting, audits, FP&A, tax, investor relations, treasury).
• Develop understanding of organizational structure and build relationships with coworkers at all levels.
• Network with professionals across disciplines to enhance teamwork and problem solving.
• Maintain awareness of Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance.
