Role Description

As an Emerging Enterprise Account Executive, you will be pivotal in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business and expansion opportunities within emerging enterprise accounts. You’ll be the face of Lumos, conveying our value proposition, managing complex sales cycles, and cultivating long-term strategic relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Mission Driven: Help customers solve meaningful problems. We aim to become the AppHQ platform, transforming how IT and security operate.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage potential customer identification, discovery, qualification, and conversion processes effectively.
  • Pipeline Generation: Build and manage your sales pipeline through targeted outbound strategies.
  • Technical Sales Process: Lead technical deal cycles in collaboration with solutions engineering teams.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with GTM teams, including solutions engineering and Customer Success, to ensure smooth onboarding and gather customer insights.
  • Customer Care: Approach customer interactions with empathy, focusing on their long-term success with Lumos.

What We Look For

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS Sales
  • Experience navigating the buying process for companies with 500-2000 employees
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Experience with IT, Security, GRC, or similar technical buyers (cybersecurity experience is a plus)
  • Adaptability and eagerness to thrive in a start-up environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and deal management
  • Strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration abilities

Pay Range

$250,000 - $260,000 OTE. This is an estimate; actual pay may vary based on experience and skills.
