Job summary

Qualitrol in Fairport, NY is seeking an Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP) Associate to complete three eight-month rotations across Research & Development and Manufacturing. You will contribute to projects that support product innovation, manufacturing excellence, and technologies that keep critical infrastructure running worldwide.

During rotations, you’ll learn product design, industrialization, project management, and manufacturing operations while partnering with experienced engineers

Qualifications

• Recent or on-track to complete a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
• Curious, adaptable and motivated to learn through new experiences.
• Interested in exploring both Research & Development and Manufacturing.
• Comfortable asking questions and learning from colleagues across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, testing, and launch of new products and technologies.
• Gain real-world experience in product design, industrialization, project management and manufacturing operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve engineering, operational and customer-focused challenges.
