Johnson Controls is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support moderately complex projects, coordinating internal teams, customers, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to obtain PMI / PMP certification within two years of hire.
• 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support including setup, scope, risk, and resource coordination.
• Assist with establishing local project offices as needed.
• Maintain project schedules, costs, safety, quality, and customer expectations.
• Present updates and lifecycle status to management and customers.
• Support vendor relationships through project phases and closures.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely formal project closure.
