Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 2–10 years of experience in family law.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.
• Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Experience in business development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil disputes, including collections, construction litigation, and landlord-tenant matters.
• Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Engage in negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes amicably.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff for seamless case management.
• Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.
