Allegiance Staffing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for civil infrastructure in Goldsboro, NC. You will support the Project Manager by planning, directing, and coordinating construction activities to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, OSHA 10 certification, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Proficiency with project management and office software.
• Ability to plan and schedule construction activities.
• Experience reading drawings and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of civil infrastructure projects.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, scopes, and schedules.
• Coordinate activities among field teams, subs, suppliers, engineers, and consultants.
• Track progress, costs, labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, daily reports, and documentation.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and progress payments.
• Monitor safety and quality compliance.
