Job summary

Seneca Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Emerging Chemicals Program Support Specialist to support ESOH for the Army. The role involves evaluating TSCA Section 6 and REACH actions, coordinating with regulators, and enabling risk-informed decision making across installation management and supply chains.

You will gather and analyze data on emerging chemicals, support an ESOH working group, and develop documentation for RDT&E projects addressing chemical requirements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional experience in chemical regulation or ESOH programs.
• Ability to read regulatory dockets and translate into operational implications.
• Experience supporting DoD/Army or comparable federal programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Establish and support an ESOH Emerging Challenges working group, including agendas, records, action tracking, and follow‑up.
• Develop and maintain records‑management and information‑sharing processes for emerging ESOH chemical issues.
• Analyze TSCA Section 6, REACH, PFAS regulatory actions and advise on Army equities and responses.
• Coordinate with Army installation-management and weapon-system acquisition stakeholders.
• Support Supply Chain Risk Management to identify mission-critical chemical uses and mitigation options.
• Prepare briefings, information papers, metrics, and senior‑leader products; review work for accuracy.
