Link Snacks, part of the Jack Link’s brand family, is seeking a Brand Manager to grow our emerging brands. You will shape strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and own marketing initiatives that drive revenue, profit, and market share.

You will partner with product development and consumer insights to commercialize new products and expand channels, including ecommerce, while managing brand budgets and performance metrics.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• 5+ years marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
• CPG industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams.
• Experience thinking and acting like a business owner.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic business models for emerging brands portfolio.
• Test, learn, and implement marketing approaches.
• Manage and deliver the brand P&L with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with directors and agency partners to set brand positioning.
• Create and execute marketing plans with cross-functional input.
• Lead product development and consumer insights for new products.
• Develop packaging and pricing strategies for market share growth.
• Drive growth through data-driven insights and channel strategies.
• Coordinate with sales and ecommerce for execution and ROI.
• Continuous improvement of marketing strategies and initiatives.
