Job summary

RestorePro Reconstruction in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Technician to join our on-site team. You will perform mitigation services, set up equipment, manage containment and drying, and document all work with daily logs and estimates to support project leaders.

Applicants must have 1+ year of water mitigation, mold remediation, and carpentry experience, be able to lift 50 lbs, pass background checks, and hold IICRC certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire/smoke cleanup.
• Experience in carpentry.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.
• IICRC certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all mitigation services offered by the company.
• Set up and break down equipment and containment.
• Complete drying of structures and cleaning.
• Document daily logs, work orders, and project estimates.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards.
• Load vehicles with equipment and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and managers.
