Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Cary, NC, is seeking a full-time Emergency Service Head Veterinarian (ERSH) to lead our ER Clinician team alongside specialists and leadership. The ERSH will supervise day-to-day matters, including scheduling, hiring, training, mentoring, and coordinating regular ER meetings, while collaborating with the Medical Director to ensure top care for pets.

As a clinically practicing manager, you will work across shifts to support the team and contribute to a hospital culture

Qualifications

• DVM from accredited university is required.
• Successful completion of rotating internship or BluePearl’s EmERge program.
• 2+ years of clinical experience required.
• Must possess valid applicable DVM licensure.
• Demonstrated capacity to multitask and manage priorities.
