BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital offers the EmERge program to train graduates to become Emergency Veterinarians. It is a full-time role from day one, combining online modules, seminars, labs, mentoring, and hands-on practice while paying a salary from the start.

Phase 1–3 gradually increases responsibilities, including bootcamp, specialty rotations, ER shifts, and independent case management, with ongoing didactics and mentorship throughout the two-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school.
• Interest in becoming an Emergency Veterinarian.
