The BluePearl EmERge Program offers recent veterinary school graduates an immersive, paid training path to become Emergency Veterinarians at our state-of-the-art hospitals. It combines online modules, seminars, labs, mentoring, and hands-on practice, with salary starting from day one.

Phases 1–3 guide you from bootcamp through ER shifts to independent case management over a two-year commitment, with extensive mentoring, weekly didactics, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited veterinary school.
• Interest in becoming an Emergency Veterinarian.
• Current Veterinarian seeking a career change.

Responsibilities

• Complete online modules, seminars, labs, mentoring and hands-on practice.
• Receive a salary from day one.
• Phase 1 bootcamp, Phase 2 ER shifts, Phase 3 independent case management with mentorship.
