Job summary

MedVet is seeking an Emergency and ICU Veterinary Clinical Manager to lead a fast-paced clinical team dedicated to exceptional patient care. Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will build an engaged staff, foster collaboration, and drive the MedVet experience for clients, patients, and referral partners.

You’ll balance clinical and administrative duties, develop schedules, monitor resources, and coach team members on process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Emergency/ICU team to deliver the MedVet experience.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust schedules for efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Influence financial decisions and resource planning.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing performance feedback.
• Balance clinical and administrative duties (min 50% admin).
• Coach team members on process improvement and patient care standards.
• Engage with clients, patients, and referral partners to ensure service excellence.
