Responsibilities

• Treat each patient and customer with compassion and care.
• Perform basic nursing tasks, patient monitoring, and treatments.
• Triage incoming patients using knowledge of common diseases and assessment parameters.
• Administer medications and understand potential adverse effects.
• Set up and monitor IV therapy and blood transfusions.
• Collaborate with the nursing team and participate in rounds for continuity of care.
• Perform CPR as trained, and assist in anesthesia with supervision.
• Collect samples and perform in-house diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Assist in sedation and anesthesia setup and monitoring.
• Assist with urinary catheters and oxygen therapy.
• Maintain oxygen cages and other oxygen delivery methods.
• Work with licensed veterinary technicians as part of the nursing care team.
• Seek growth opportunities across different care pathways and leadership roles.
