Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital is offering an EmERge Program to train veterinarians in emergency medicine. This one-year program combines online and in-person boot camp, hands-on labs, ER case scenarios, and mentored rotations to prepare you for life‑saving care of pets in crisis.

The program includes weeks of structured training with ongoing mentoring, and a commitment after completion to two years in related roles. NAVLE may be in progress and licensure eligibility in the state of interest is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school.
• Passed (or pending) the NAVLE.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of interest.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 14 weeks of accelerated boot camp and initial training, with immersive hands‑on labs and ER case scenarios.
• Engage in 20 weeks of hands‑on training guided by an experienced clinician mentor.
• Complete 18 weeks of experiential training with continued mentoring.
