The EmERge Program at BluePearl Pet Hospital offers immersive emergency veterinary training designed to develop confident, skilled clinicians ready to save lives in crisis situations.

Over one year you’ll receive hands-on labs, mentored rotations, lectures, and real-world experience, with a competitive bi-weekly salary from day one. The program welcomes new graduates and experienced veterinarians seeking a challenging new path.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school.
• Passed (or pending) the NAVLE.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of interest.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 14 weeks of boot camp and initial training, followed by hands-on ER rotations.
• Participate in 20 weeks of mentor-guided training and 18 weeks of experiential training.
• Commit to a one-year work obligation after training.

Education

Graduate of an accredited veterinary school

Passed NAVLE

Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of interest
