Job summary

Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) seeks a part-time Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician to work on the front lines of critical care. You will perform triage, treatments, diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and nursing duties alongside our doctors, while providing compassionate support to pets and their families.

You will join a team focused on learning and growth, with opportunities for mentorship, ongoing ER CE, and a stipend program.

Qualifications

• Credentialed veterinary technician in the state of employment.
• 1+ years of veterinary technician experience; ER or specialty preferred.
• Lift up to 25 kg; stand for prolonged periods; work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitoring from triage to discharge.
• Assist with diagnostics, anesthesia, and critical care.
• Support doctors and communicate with clients and team.
• Perform CPR as needed and training usage.
