EVCC is seeking a licensed veterinary technician (LVT) for a Swing Shift in a fast-paced emergency hospital in Michigan. You will join a collaborative team delivering high-quality care from triage through discharge, including anesthesia and critical care procedures.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient management, clear communication with pet parents, and a commitment to training and supporting colleagues in a dynamic ER environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) with VTNE passed.
• Minimum 2+ years of emergency veterinary experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced ER setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, treatments, and emotional support from triage to discharge.
• Assist with anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing in emergencies.
• Collaborate with doctors to ensure gold-standard patient care and smooth patient flow.
• Bridge daytime and overnight care to keep patients and clients informed.
