Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in automotive service or related training preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all company policies as defined in SMEG Handbook.
• Interact with service staff as needed.
• Maintain clean/safe work areas and proper tool storage.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance at all times.
• Diagnose, service and repair vehicles properly.
• Provide parts lists to Shop Foreman/Service Manager.
• Participate in quality checks with leadership.
• Follow company processes and procedures in operations manual.
• Attend morning meetings to plan the day.
• Maintain accurate reports and paperwork.
• Notify management of potential issues early.
• Foster positive relationships with SMEG personnel.
• Travel to designated sites as directed.
