Job summary

Global Public Safety, LLC is seeking an Emergency Vehicle Installer for a full-time role at our manufacturing facility. You will work on 12-volt emergency equipment across a variety of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, motorcycles, and ATVs, configuring and upgrading units as needed.

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and will receive training. The role includes overtime on time-sensitive projects and a comprehensive benefits package aligned with a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in car electronics and basic wiring.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, repair, and remove 12-volt emergency vehicle equipment such as light bars, sirens, radios, speakers, antennas, routers, and cameras.
• Configure brand-new units on sedans, SUVs, motorcycles, and ATVs; upgrade fleets and service prior installations.
• Disassemble and reassemble OEM interior trim and components.
• Plan wiring routes for efficiency and future troubleshooting; perform electrical and physical modifications as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with advanced automotive equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and tools; follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory and other shop duties as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
