Responsibilities

• Assess patients by applying standards of practice for the department.
• Identify care variances and notify team using SBAR when applicable.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately per RHS standards.
• Support patient throughput and respond to needs promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet care needs.
• Assist with monitoring and emergency responses as required.
• Contribute to cost containment and equipment evaluation.
