Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health's South Asheville Veterinary Emergency & Specialty (SAVES) in Asheville, NC seeks a Veterinary Clinical Nursing Manager (CVT/LVT/RVT/VTS). Lead emergency and specialty teams, mentor staff, and drive operational excellence in a state-of-the-art hospital. Competitive salary and sign-on/relocation bonus.

Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT, or VTS) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English speaking and reading abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Emergency and Specialty clinical teams.
• Partner with Hospital leadership to set clinical goals and improve workflows.
• Mentor Veterinary Technicians, Assistants, and clinical leadership.
• Promote a collaborative culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
