Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy manual labor up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work day or night shifts to support emergency operations.
• Must possess CDL and DOT medical card and maintain thereafter.
• Safety shoes required for all operations.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Operations: assist in clearing snow and ice from roadways and apply abrasives/chemicals.
• Manual Labor: install tire chains, plow, blades, and debris removal as needed.
• Operate and maintain equipment used to clear roadways during weather events.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
