Qualifications

• Valid Child Protection Clearances required by PA Act 153.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and welfare of shelter residents by administering house rules.
• Conduct house and room checks; answer the telephone; greet visitors.
• Document and communicate issues and concerns to the House Manager.

Skills

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet usage
