Job summary

Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ is seeking an Emergency Services Coordinator Supervisor to lead Emergency Services Coordinators, oversee operations and audits, and ensure compliance with local and state fire regulations. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license at all times.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• NJ Firefighter I Certified.
• New Jersey Firefighter I certified, ICS–100, ICS–200, IS–700, IS–800, ICS–100.
• Current EMT-B Certification (NJ State or Nationally Certified).
• Current and Valid CPR Certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation.
• Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with employees and park leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure calls for service are answered promptly and efficiently by members of the Division of Safety – Fire.
• Educate employees on safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain all Safety Department equipment and supplies.
• Ensure timely completion of all audits, inspections, investigations, and other required documentation by the ESC.
• Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace
• Act as a liaison between the Park and external partners, such as Fire and EMS agencies
• Conduct Safety inspections before or during construction projects to analyze safety risks.
• Prepare, conduct, and document training evolutions for the ESC.
• Ensure Compliance with appropriate NFPA, OSHA, State, and Federal regulations.
• Ensure high-quality guest interaction between associates and the guests.
• Conduct scheduling, coaching, and employee development.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and efficient environment for guests and associates.
• Complete any task assigned by the Emergency Services Supervisor, Public Safety Supervisor, or Public Safety Manager
