Qualifications

• Successful completion of a nursing program.

• TNCC certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care for patient comfort and well-being using critical thinking and the nursing process.
• Supervises nursing patient care team and collaborates with the team and other disciplines.
• Documents patient care, condition, reactions and treatment responses in a timely manner and tracks progress.
• Uses technology and EMR according to safety standards and infection control policies.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and ongoing professional development.
