Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care and carry out medical orders.
• Collaborate with physicians to plan patient care.
• Delegate to and supervise nursing support staff.
• Lead patient conferences and education for discharge planning.
• Mentor new staff and students.
