Job summary

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) is seeking a dedicated Emergency Services Clinician to join our team in Saint Albans, Vermont.

You’ll provide crisis intervention, assessment, and support across Franklin and Grand Isle Counties, partnering with a close-knit, mission‑driven agency known for its outstanding workplace culture. We offer flexible scheduling, on‑call shifts, and professional growth opportunities, including supervision toward licensure, student loan forgiveness

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s with relevant clinical experience.
• Supervision towards licensure available at no cost.
• Experience in crisis response and mental health assessment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment.
• Deliver clinical assessments and short-term treatment planning.
• Support clients across Franklin and Grand Isle Counties in Vermont.

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Services Clinician to join our team.

In this dynamic role, you’ll provide crisis intervention, assessment, and support across a variety of settings throughout Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.

We offer flexible scheduling, on-call shifts, and the opportunity to be part of a close-knit team within a supportive, mission-driven agency known for its outstanding workplace culture. Our ideal candidate will have a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with relevant clinical experience.

We are currently hiring for two schedule options:

• Set Schedule + On-Call: Set hours with additional on-call responsibilities.
• Traditional Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with no on-call responsibilities.
