Valerio Emergency Plumbing is hiring an experienced Connecticut-licensed P-2 plumber for a full-time service position. We serve residential and commercial customers throughout Fairfield County and are an emergency-service provider, not solely a construction or rough-in shop.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut P-2 Plumbing License required.
• Residential service and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs correctly the first time.
• Professional, respectful customer communication.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Dependability, punctuality, and accountability.
• Ability to use a smartphone and field-service applications.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation.
• Ability to safely perform physical requirements of plumbing work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential and light-commercial plumbing problems.
• Repair leaks, burst pipes, failed fixtures, water heaters, supply lines, drains, and other plumbing systems.
• Respond calmly and professionally to emergency plumbing calls.
• Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers.
• Complete repairs efficiently and in accordance with Connecticut plumbing codes.
• Identify additional legitimate plumbing concerns without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Document every job with accurate notes, photographs, materials, and recommendations.
• Collect required customer authorizations and payments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Protect customers’ homes and businesses throughout the service call.
• Communicate with dispatch and management regarding job status.
• Participate in a scheduled, compensated after-hours on-call rotation.
