SSM Health is seeking an ED Technician to assist in delivering bedside patient care in a high-pace Emergency Department. You will collaborate with the primary care nurse, report changes promptly, and support the care team to ensure timely and quality patient experiences.

The role includes assisting with vital signs, patient transfers, room readiness, and maintaining a safe environment. Certification requirements include BLS and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED as minimum education.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide bedside patient care under supervision of RN or ED physician.
• Assist with patient transport, documentation, and clerical tasks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, respond to patient needs promptly.
• Support teaching of students rotating in the ED.
