Qualifications

• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of employment start date.
• TNCC within 60 months of employment start date.
• RN — Registered Nurse.
• RN Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient-centered nursing care in accordance with Wesley Medical Center standards.
• Evaluates quality and effectiveness of nursing practice and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Maintains current knowledge in nursing practice and education.
• Monitors patient progress toward outcomes and participates in collaboration with care teams.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and health care providers.
• Ensures safety and cost effectiveness in delivering patient care.
