Qualifications

• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date
• ENPC within 6 months of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of employment start date
• TNCC within 6 months of employment start date
• RN license (RN)
• Registered Nurse Diploma

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient-centered nursing care per Wesley Medical Center standards.
• Monitors patient progress toward outcomes and documents care.
• Collaborates with health-care teams to coordinate safe, ethical patient care.
• Participates in quality improvement activities to enhance care.
• Maintains knowledge of age-appropriate competencies for patient population.
