Job summary

Trinity Health Livingston ED in Brighton, MI seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, benefited position on a 12-hour night shift. The role supports a busy Level 4 Trauma ED with a 38-bed capacity and patients of all ages; the schedule is 36 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays.

New grads are encouraged to apply; BSN within five years is encouraged with employer support. Strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Nurses without a BSN must commit to obtaining a BSN within five years of hire and will be supported to do so.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify care plans.
• Collaborate with Care Team to achieve pathway/plan of care.
• Provide care across age groups with accountability for a patient group.
• Deliver care through nursing process, environment/technology, and teamwork.
