Job summary

Singing River Health System in Gulfport is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift (7PM-7AM). You will deliver patient care using the Nursing Process, aligning with Mississippi licensure and ANA standards to support patient health goals.

New graduates may join the Singing River Nurse Residency; experienced RNs should have 1 year of inpatient experience within the last 5 years and maintain BCLS and required specialty certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Current, unrestricted Mississippi State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BCLS certification required; RNs in listed specialties must maintain certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, etc.).
• At least 1 year inpatient clinical experience (within past 5 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process per MS Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
• Participate in the Singing River Nurse Residency Program if a new RN graduate.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and excellent communication in high-stress clinical settings.
