Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking aRegistered Nurse for the KH Troy location. This full-time night shift role involves delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with the care team, and upholding safety standards in a not-for-profit system with a mission to serve southwest Ohio.

The RN will use nursing processes, participate in performance improvements, and ensure accurate clinical documentation while adhering to organizational values and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN or CCNE).
• BSN preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire).
• Ohio RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Use nursing process to provide care in collaboration with health care team.
• Advocate for safe care including delegation and performance improvement.
• Document in electronic medical record timely and accurately.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and demonstrate clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Delegate appropriately based on patient plan and staff capabilities.
