HCA Healthcare's Methodist ER Helotes in Helotes, Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse to advocate for patients and families, apply nursing judgment, and deliver safe care. You will collaborate with the care team, document thoroughly, and support the Mission of Methodist Excellence in a 24/7 freestanding emergency center.

Qualifications include a Nursing degree or diploma, Texas license, and at least 6 months of experience; a Bachelor's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 6 months minimum applicable experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Applies nursing judgment through a thorough, systematic approach to the nursing process.
• Conducts comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing child/psychiatric and pain assessments as needed.
• Prioritizes and implements an efficient nursing plan of care.
• Documents timely and accurate entries in the patient medical record and communicates with the healthcare team.
