ARMStaffing is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care in a hospital ER. The role involves assessing patients, establishing care objectives, and implementing interventions to support patients and families.

Required are 2+ years of ER RN experience, an active SD/Compact RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications; COVID-19 vaccination is highly preferred. Shifts include 12-hour rotations, with weekends and holidays.

• 2+ years ER RN experience in acute hospital setting.
• Active SD or Compact RN license.
• BLS, ACLS and TNCC certifications.
• COVID-19 vaccination highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop nursing diagnoses and care objectives for ER patients.
• Define and implement nursing interventions.
• Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Educate patients on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor and document changes in patient conditions.
