The role requires Florida RN licensure (compact accepted with activation within 60 days), a Nursing Diploma/ASN (BSN preferred), and ER experience with current BLS; ACLS, PALS/ENPC, NIHSS/TNCC/CPI within specified

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse or compact license with active FL RN within 60 days of hire.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient pain regularly and promotes effective pain management.
• Performs procedures and documents care in the medical record.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs.
• Teaches patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up steps.
