• ACLS within 6 months of hire date or transfer date (American Heart Association/Red Cross).
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire or transfer date (American Heart Association/Red Cross).
• PALS preferred (American Heart Association/Red Cross).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver compassionate direct nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure safe, high-quality treatment tailored to each patient.
• Lead the coordination of care across multiple medical disciplines as the central point of contact for a seamless patient experience.
• Manage the full patient journey by implementing care plans and coordinating discharge needs for a safe recovery transition.
