Qualifications

• Must obtain Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire date.
• BLS Provider required within 1 month of hire date.
• Licensed RN credentialed from Tennessee Board of Nursing or compact state recognition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized care plans; monitor progress.
• Communicate patient updates with physicians and care team.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure seamless care delivery.
