Job summary

First Choice Nurses is hiring Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities in Maryland. Choose shifts that fit your schedule and work with a local team that supports you with competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Shifts include day, evening, and night options with daily pay available via RapidPay Card. Requirements: active RN license, 2+ years ER experience, BLS and ACLS, and credentialing readiness.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in acute-care ER.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Respond to emergencies and critical-care situations.
• Complete assessments and documentation as required.
• Perform RN duties within scope and facility requirements.

ER RN Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care Emergency Room experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care
