First Choice Nurses is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for Per Diem assignments in Maryland. Shifts include 3:00 PM-11:00 PM and 7:00 PM-7:00 AM with flexible scheduling and daily pay options.

Earn competitive per diem pay while working with a local staffing team that offers rapid pay cards and weekday coverage. Begin with as few as one shift per month and enjoy the support of experienced staffing coordinators.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
