Job summary

First Choice Nurses is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for Per Diem hospital assignments. Shifts include 3:00 PM-11:00 PM and 7:00 PM-7:00 AM with flexible scheduling and daily pay available through RapidPay.

Earn competitive per diem pay while working with a local staffing team that supports you with scheduling and credentialing. Active RN license and a minimum of 2 years in acute-care ER are required, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements
