Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Travel ER RN to join ourEmergency Department team under a 13-week contract. You will work 36 hours per week on 3x12 day shifts, with an estimated travel package of about $3,046 weekly.

The role involves delivering direct patient care in the ED or other emergent units, using the nursing process and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year ER experience preferred.
• CPR certification current if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements; 18+.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department or other emergent areas.
• Apply the nursing process with accountability for patient care.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver timely patient care.

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or other emergent critical care areas.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License within the state of practice
• Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
