First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is hiring experienced ER Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem hospital opportunities. Earn competitive per diem pay with daily pay, plus flexible scheduling and local support from a dedicated staffing team.

Quick credentialing and access to various shifts are available to fit your availability. Shifts include evening and night options, with the ability to work as little as one shift per month and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care Emergency Room experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
• Triage and prioritize patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
• Complete required assessments and documentation
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements
