First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is hiring Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities in the Virginia Beach area. The role offers flexible scheduling with daily and weekly pay options and shifts from early mornings to late nights.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have at least 2 years of acute-care ER experience, and possess BLS and ACLS certifications. This locally owned team supports your schedule and credentialing needs.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care Emergency Room experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
